• How to place an order?

    We have implemented a Paypal shopping cart into our website. If you see an item which you'd like to purchase, simply click the BUY button on the page and it will automatically be added to your cart. Then, you may
    continue shopping or proceed with checkout.

  • When will the order be shipped out?

    Most orders will be shipped out on the following business day once payment has been confirmed.
    If the payment are made via Paypal eCheck, the order will only be shipped once the funds are cleared.

  • How long will it take for the order to arrive?

    The order should arrive within 3-4 business days.
    Tracking number will be available to customers for shipment tracking.

  • What methods of shipping do you use and what about the charge?

    Generally, we use FedEx, and the shipping charge is USD$70 per order. However, under certain occasions, we use methods other than FedEx, like EMS.

  • Why is the shipping charge fixed at USD70? How do you come up with this amount?

    It is to simplify the calculation. In fact, the whole package is weighing at approximately 6Lbs (2.8Kg), the cheapest shipping fee we have so far is USD79.

  • What is included in the package?

    A wooden box, a watch, an extra set of strap, a screwdriver, an operation manual, and a certificate of warranty.

  • Is there any return policy?

    You may return or exchange any item as long as we are notified within 48 hours after receiving the item(s) for a full store credit of your purchase price minus shipping, to exchange for another in stock product, or a full refund minus shipping charges.

    - Item(s) must be undamaged. Watches must be unworn, straps must not be changed, and bracelets must not be resized. Any watch received with damage, wear, or any signs of use is not eligible for return or exchange.
    - You may exchange your item for anything in our store that is currently in stock and either pay the cost difference, or If you are exchanging for a less expensive item, you will have the difference in cost to use as a store credit.
    - Pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable and can be applied only for store credit.
    - Item(s) must be received within 2 weeks of notice to be eligible for refund or exchange.
